What You’ll Be Doing
- Update schedule and ensure progress follows planning.
- Print job cards and travel cards.
- Update service maintenance schedule.
- Conduct patrols along production lines and complete patrol checklists.
- Manage line arrangements and manpower allocation.
- Arrange overtime (OT) support as required.
- Handle abnormal issues at the line (quality, machines, MES system, Panacim system, etc.).
- Count and record WIP (Work-In-Progress) completion.
- Update OEE reports at the end of each shift.
- Monitor operator break times and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Lead the production team to ensure quality products are built efficiently and delivered on time.
- Generate and execute production capacity plans to meet delivery requirements.
- Manage workers and equipment to achieve target output and maintain operational efficiency.
- Coordinate timely supply of PCBA and materials to ensure smooth production flow.
- Standardize and manage inventory control to ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records.
- Monitor and implement controls to meet performance targets (output, quality, cost, and efficiency).
- Develop and guide line supervisors, lead operators, clerks, and operators into a high-performing team.
- Review and report on production performance regularly.
- Uphold 5S standards to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve production issues.
- Ensure all team members comply with company and departmental regulations.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the company.
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language.
- Proven experience leading production teams in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with production efficiency, quality improvement, and continuous improvement practices.
- Computer literacy and basic proficiency in manufacturing-related software tools.
