About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to join our team at Mega City Builder Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a Senior Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our active construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely
• Monitor site progress and identify potential issues, quickly implementing solutions to keep projects on track
• Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
• Oversee the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies on site
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to site activities
• Provide guidance and training to junior site supervisors and construction workers

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Senior Site Supervisor in the construction industry
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in coordinating and managing multiple tasks and teams simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
