Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in an Interior Design and Fit-Out company.
• Prior experience as a Supervisor in Architecture/Interior Design is an advantage.
• Must possess own transport.

• Assist the Construction or Project Manager in monitoring project costs.

• Prepare and submit weekly project progress reports.
• Maintain proper site documentation in line with ISO standards.

Assist the Construction or Project Manager in monitoring project costs, verifying vendor claims, and managing material delivery schedules.

Prepare insurance cover notes and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Supervise daily site operations to ensure smooth progress and adherence to plans.

Track material arrivals, manage on-site storage, and prepare work forecast schedules.

Maintain proper site documentation and filing in line with ISO standards.

Prepare and submit accurate weekly project progress reports.

Arrange and implement site protection measures, hoarding, signage, and safety equipment.

Support the Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor in verifying vendor claims and preparing supporting documents.

Requirements

Minimum SPM, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design (or equivalent).

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).

At least 2 years of relevant experience in an Interior Design and Fit-Out company.

Prior experience as a Supervisor (Senior/Junior) in Architecture/Interior Design is an advantage.

Willing to work extended hours to meet project deadlines.

Must possess own transport.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Able to work independently on-site with minimal supervision.

Positive working attitude, disciplined, proactive, and results-driven.
