A fast-casual dining organization in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will manage staff, address guest complaints, and uphold safety standards. Ideal candidates have restaurant industry experience and previous management experience. This role requires flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.

The goal of the Assistant Manager is to deliver encore guest experiences while maintaining operational standards. The Assistant Manager manages the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the team properly follows all processes, policies, and procedures.
