Company Background:
A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions, specialize in the data center and power systems industry. With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally. The company is located in Johor Bahru, and the actual working location is subject to the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensure proper storage of goods.
  • Documentation: Ensure all shipping and receiving documents are accurate, complete, and filed properly (e.g., delivery orders, packing slips, invoices).
  • Stock Monitoring: Perform regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels and assist with stock reconciliation.
  • Shipping & Receiving Support: Coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods and materials.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment, ensuring proper labeling, shelving, and handling of materials.
  • Order Processing: Process orders, prepare shipments, and handle returns, ensuring timely dispatch and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Communication: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
