Overview

The hotel, with six branches in Johor, is a growing establishment committed to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate daily maintenance activities across the entire hotel property
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems
  • Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and assign daily tasks and work orders
  • Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities, identifying and prioritizing repair and maintenance needs
  • Respond to emergency maintenance issues promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and equipment inventory
  • Manage and control the maintenance department budget
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to maintain hotel standards
  • Perform equipment repairs and maintenance as needed
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee external maintenance contractors
  • Conduct staff training on maintenance procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in hotel or facilities maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
