Location: Senai I-park, Johor
Working Hours: 9:30am to 6:00pm, from Monday to Saturday (OT provided)
Job Description:
- Supervision:
- Lead and manage laborers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Project Management:
- Assist in planning and scheduling tasks.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as needed.
- Quality Control:
- Inspect work for quality and adherence to standards.
- Address issues promptly.
- Communication:
- Serve as the main contact between management and crew.
- Report on project status and resource needs.
- Training:
- Train new employees on safety and job duties.
- Encourage team collaboration and skill development.
- Documentation:
- Keep accurate records of work, materials, and hours.
- Prepare reports as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Experience as a Foreman or similar roles.
- Knowledge of relevant tools and equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Salary Given:
- RM1800 for basic salary, will get more salary depends on experience
