Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily factory operations, including production, logistics, and quality control.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety regulations.
  • Oversee workforce management, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure raw material availability.
  • Monitor equipment maintenance schedules to prevent downtime.
  • Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure timely production and delivery based on market demand.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Food Technology, Manufacturing, or related field.
