They have been a wholly owned subsidiary of Nordstjernan since 2010.

To lead and coordinate Project team on the effective introduction and on time delivery of customer programs (NPI), to manage all program related tasks new and existing, to continually improve process capability, delivery of services, provided to all our customers both internal and external, ensuring adherence to all company procedures.

Project management ensuring on time and cost effective implementation of customer programs, all of which should be in accordance with company procedures, focus on continues improvement and cost reduction. Departmental KPI and PI are analyzed at all times and acted upon.

HSE:

Design or introduce new product or process or equipment with full HSE risk assessment. Take actions to reduce HSE impact in any change management to current process

Project Management:

To effectively manage new projects from customer concept to manufacturing handover thru APQP management.

Liase with customer at all times, focus on all project related issues.

Quality & HSE Systems:

To liase with quality department & HSE engineer on specific related tasks, adherence to systems.

Procedural Compliance:

Ensure all documents and maintenance of records is up to date at all times.

To continually improve our controls, systems and performance both internal and external.

The job holder will have the opportunity to learn:

• Project management process and methodology for new product launch project, including Time Management, Prioritize and Planning
• Injection molding and assembly process
• Quality system requirement for the required market

• The person should have drive, initiative, and working on detail, with a clear focus on results. Communication, oral and written skills should be good, with team work spirit.
• With experience as a process engineer in handling moulds and machine set-up.
• Possesses an understanding of moulding process parameter set-up, troubleshooting, and tooling.

Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering or manufacturing

Above 6 years related working experience in manufacturing company; having the knowledge of injection molding

• Quality System andCompliance Requirement:Good knowledge of quality systems ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO13485
• Engineering/Quality Tools:Good Knowledge and direct experience with quality tools (i.e. APQP, PPAP, FMEA.)
• Analytical problem solving: Predict problem, good ability to find out the root cause and solve it
• Interpersonal skills: Can work well in a team and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers.
