• Implement and sustain BD Excellence work processes.
• Identify critical equipment settings and create standards.
• Create and transfer technical knowledge to operators.
• Coach associates on continuous improvement.
• Analyze and improve equipment efficiency.
• Support health and safety risk analysis.
