Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Kota Tinggi is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems throughout the plant. The successful candidate will supervise maintenance activities for pumps, motors, and electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules. Strong communication and coordination skills with contractors and other trades are essential for this role. This position offers a dynamic work environment focused on operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, routine inspections, and maintenance practices.
- Experience in managing contractors and ensuring safety compliance.
- Ability to conduct electrical testing and commissioning in line with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor routine maintenance activities for pumps, motors, and electrical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance schedules for electrical distribution boards.
- Oversee testing activities and maintenance of lighting systems.
- Coordinate and supervise tasks performed by contractors or technicians.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and oversee vendors during installations.
