As a Housekeeping Executive at the Swan Garden Resort Hotel in Melaka, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the hotel's housekeeping department. This is a full-time role based in Kota Syahbandar, Melaka.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all guest rooms and public areas
• Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize productivity
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens, and place orders as required
• Provide training and development opportunities for the housekeeping staff to continually improve their skills
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to maintain seamless operations
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety and hygiene regulations
