Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Hotel Manager to oversee our hotel operations. In this position, you will direct the day-to-day hotel operations and activities. Your duties will include managing personnel, driving the sales and revenue, monitoring budgets, and evaluating hotel performance. To excel in this role, you must be approachable and detail‑oriented with proven hospitality and management experience. Responsibilities
  • Oversee the hotel daily operation and manage staff.
  • Resolve issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies.

  • Create and implement pricing strategies and conduct competition analysis.
  • Track hotel revenue and manage budgets.
  • Analyse channels, market segment reviews, reports and more.
  • Analyse sales figures and provide solutions and corrective actions from time to time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in hotel management or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and software.
