Job summary

A leading construction materials company in Kulai, Malaysia, is seeking a dedicated individual to supervise production shifts and ensure machine maintenance. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, a minimum of SPM qualification, and the ability to communicate in simple English or Bahasa Malaysia. Job Description

• To trouble shoot machine, do maintenance, and repair work, plant improvement and 5S project


• To work all departments in the factory (loading, packing, wrapping & re‑work)


• Have a good working attitude


• Able to oversee shift (production), production output achieves, safety target achieved and plan well


• Housekeeping of the plant

Main Tasks

• Overseeing and supervising a shift


• To do plant maintenance and plant machine trouble shooting


• Operating the plant machine


• SW409, SW410 & general waste knowledge and handling


• To plan and control raw materials & packaging material


• Can co‑operate with superiors, teamwork with others and achieved target given.

Others

• Any other tasks are assigned from time to time.

Security

• Maintain Sika information with appropriate secrecy and adhere to policies regarding confidential information.


• Always maintain confidentiality of formulation.
