- Ensure enough inventory of takeaway packing items at packing counter, facilitate take‑away/delivery order process.
- Make drinks and desserts for customers.
- Ensure the standard of procedure are followed while making drinks and desserts.
- Measure ingredients and follow brewing times and methods to maintain menu items’ quality.
- Track ingredient expiry dates and arrange their use accordingly.
- Manage the ingredients inventory and request the purchase of stock.
- Maintain a clean and tidy bar station.
