Job Purpose

To lead and manage the CNC machining production operations for aerospace fasteners, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently met. The Production Head will oversee daily operations, coordinate with planners and engineers, and drive continuous improvement in efficiency, safety, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the CNC machining production team to achieve output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Plan, organize, and monitor daily CNC machining activities to ensure smooth operations and optimal resource utilization.
• Collaborate with Production Planner, Quality Engineers, and Machining Engineers to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery.
• Drive productivity, quality improvement, and cost efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S).
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, EHS, and other regulatory requirements.
• Monitor machine performance, maintenance schedules, and manpower allocation to minimize downtime.
• Lead process improvement and tooling optimization to enhance CNC machining performance.
• Coach and develop production supervisors, technicians, and operators to build a skilled, high-performing team.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and process validation activities with Engineering.
