We are seeking an experienced Injection Mould Technician to join our team at Bangi Plastics Sdn Bhd. in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full‑time position and will involve working in our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility, producing high‑quality plastic products.

What you'll be doing

• Operating and maintaining injection moulding machines to produce plastic parts and components
• Monitoring machine performance, adjusting parameters, and troubleshooting any issues that arise
• Performing quality checks on finished products and addressing any defects
• Collaborating with the production team to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an injection mould technician or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
• Strong technical knowledge of injection moulding machines, including their operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve production issues
• Good attention to detail and quality‑focused mindset
