Key Responsibilities

• Assist in clearing and preparing work sites by removing debris, vegetation, and existing pavement materials.
• Load dump trucks with soil, aggregates, and construction materials.
• Assist in pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces.
• Maintain proper slopes, grades, and alignments in accordance with project specifications.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience operating a backhoe in road or civil construction.
• Valid & Mandatory operator license / heavy equipment certification.
