A retail marketing company in Malaysia is looking for a merchandising manager to oversee assigned outlets and ensure optimal sales performance. The successful candidate will collaborate with store teams, assist in training, and monitor stock levels. Candidates should have at least SPM or equivalent, with 1-2 years of retail experience and key skills in product knowledge, inventory management, and data analysis.
Qualifications
- Candidates must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or sales.
- Skills include product knowledge, inventory management, data analysis, and understanding of visual merchandising principles.
Responsabilités
- Manage assigned outlets to ensure high standards of merchandising and sales performance.
- Collaborate with store teams to maintain consistent product displays and optimize sales.
- Assist in training junior merchandisers to execute company strategies.
- Serve as liaison between management and store teams for business objectives.
- Monitor stock levels and notify buyers to prevent out-of-stock issues.
- Build relationships with buyers and store owners to improve merchandising.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing merchandising strategies.
