Art Director (Marketing)

Le Classic Studio is a premium salon brand focused on beauty, style, and exceptional client experience. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Art Manager to lead our marketing design team, ensuring our visual identity, campaigns, and content resonate with our audience and elevate the brand.

• Lead and manage the marketing design team (graphic designers, content creators, and creatives)
• Develop, implement, and maintain Le Classic Studio’s visual identity and branding guidelines
• Design and oversee marketing materials, digital content, social media visuals, and campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and management teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand content
• Stay updated on design trends, beauty & lifestyle industry standards, and innovative marketing strategies
• Review, approve, and ensure high-quality design outputs across all campaigns
• Reporting

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in marketing, graphic design, or creative management
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, branding, and digital content
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of beauty, lifestyle, or salon industry is a plus
