Responsibilities
- Manage Alliance Innovation Council (AIC) agenda, investments and expected outcomes or learnings
- Engage Business Units to surface pain points and co-develop use cases; translate into innovation opportunities aligned with enterprise priorities
- Facilitate design thinking workshops and solutioning sessions; lead structured ideation sessions, guide teams through problem framing, journey mapping, and prototyping to shape viable MVPs
- Technology & Solution Market Scanning; conduct market scans and participate in RFI/RFP processes to identify emerging technologies, fintech solutions, and platforms; evaluate solution fit, scalability, and cost-effectiveness in collaboration with Technology Specialists and Risk/Compliance
- Translate business needs into MVP definitions and success criteria; define clear MVP scope, success metrics, and business outcomes; ensure MVPs are bounded in time and cost, and aligned with AIC’s innovation execution framework
- Manage & track MVP progress and ensure alignment with AIC governance; monitor MVP execution within the Agile Lab, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder engagement, and adherence to governance checkpoints; escalate risks and facilitate resolution with relevant parties
- Support post-MVP investment planning and rollout coordination; collaborate with business sponsors and the Innovation Hub lead to evaluate MVP outcomes; prepare business cases for full-scale investment and coordinate transition to enterprise rollout
- Evangelize innovation through showcases and internal campaigns; promote awareness and adoption of innovation initiatives across the organization; organize internal showcases, publish success stories, and drive participation in ideation campaigns to foster a culture of experimentation
Requirements
- Deep understanding of innovation execution frameworks and MVP lifecycle management
- Authoritative in applying emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Data) to solve business problems
- Familiarity with fintech ecosystems, solution market scanning, and vendor evaluation
- Knowledge of banking products, customer experience design, and regulatory considerations
- Proficiency in agile methodologies, DevSecOps, RPA, and orchestration tools
- 5+ years in business analysis, product development, or innovation
- Strong understanding of software development, SLM, RPA, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure and data governance
- Experience managing agile innovation labs and MVP delivery cycles
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and strategic planning
