Job description

Prada Client Advisor role focused on delivering extraordinary luxury customer experiences, placing the client at the center, and guiding them through Prada Brand philosophy and values. The role requires achieving individual and team sales targets and providing proactive service in-store and on the ecommerce channel.

Responsibilities
  • Place the Customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and meeting their needs with excellence in accordance to the “client journey ceremony.”
  • Exceed individual sales targets and maximize personal sales performance to contribute to store success.
  • Meet KPI goals while ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and understanding of Prada history, culture and DNA.
  • Capture Customer data in the Company CRM to build lasting relationships and identify future opportunities.
  • Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset.
  • Maintain knowledge of the luxury fashion world, fashion trends and competitors to discuss with customers and provide advice.
  • Take ownership of resolving Client complaints, liaising with the line manager and Client Service team when necessary.
  • Operate with care and respect for products.
  • Utilize Company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
  • Host and conduct customer appointments in person or via virtual meetings.
  • Work with Back of House to participate in daily store operations and maintain an organized stock room.
  • Follow Company procedures on operational guidelines, stock, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics and reporting to head office.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster open communication and a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.
