Job summary
A financial services company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to oversee daily finance operations, including managing accounts receivable and payable. The role involves supervising junior team members, conducting month-end activities, and assisting with tax compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance operations and be familiar with financial reporting and tax regulations. This position offers an opportunity to maintain corporate financial standards and ensure accurate financial records.
Qualifications
- Experience in daily finance operations and accounting activities.
- Ability to supervise junior team members.
- Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting functions including managing accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Conduct month-end closing activities including preparation of reports.
- Assist in preparation of tax computations and liaise with tax agents.
