Position Details:

• Role: Senior Finance Manager
• Experience: 10+ Years
• Location: Johore, Malaysia
• CTC: Up to RM 18K per month
• Key Skills: Finance & Treasury Management, Manufacturing industry background

Responsibilities:

1. Manage Accounts payable and receivable functions
2. Oversee treasury and banking operations, ensuring compliance and interest cost optimization
3. Review and reconcile general ledger and bank statements
4. Prepare monthly departmental expense MIS with variance analysis
5. Monitor operating results and analyze variances monthly
6. Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
7. Manage statutory and internal audits
8. Develop annual and long-term expense plans
9. Ensure effective cash management and reporting
10. Control operational costs
11. Support CFO in daily operations and profitability goals
12. Identify opportunities for financial and operational efficiency improvements
13. Implement continuous improvement and automation plans
14. Partner with departmental heads to optimize operational costs
15. Maintain internal controls and policies, recommending updates as needed
16. Ensure compliance with group reporting standards
17. Oversee employee training and development

Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant / CPA
• Experience in Manufacturing sector
• Minimum 10+ years in supervisory or senior managerial roles within manufacturing

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of P2P, OTC, R2R processes
• Understanding of treasury operations and banking relationships
• Excellent business partnership and communication skills
• Analytical skills and ability to interpret business performance trends
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft BI tools, and automation
• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration
