Job summary
A property development company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a qualified candidate for a role focused on leasing management. Responsibilities include handling leasing inquiries, maintaining good relationships with tenants, monitoring construction schedules, and preparing revenue reports. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and at least two years of experience. Strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills are essential for this position.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years working experience in related field.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Reply to leasing inquiries received via phone, e-mail or online.
- Establish and maintain positive tenant relationships.
- Monitor build-outs, construction, move-in and move-out schedules.
- Prepare report on revenue budgets and projections.
