Job summary

A leading property development company is seeking a treasury officer located in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong. The candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly cash flow forecasts and managing daily treasury activities. Essential qualifications include a degree in Accountancy and at least 2 years of treasury experience in property development. Ideal candidates will possess strong attention to detail and be effective team players, ensuring deadlines are met and financial operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecast cash flow (Actual vs Business Plan).
• Ensure sufficient funds to meet ongoing operational requirements.
• Handle banking activities (Loan drawdown & etc).
• Carry out daily treasury activities including cash management.
• Verify petty cash claims daily.
• Verify bank deposits and bank payments.
• Support superior with assigned ad-hoc reports and tasks.

Requirements

Degree in Accountancy
