Primary responsibilities include:
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to meet customer demand.
  • Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of inventory.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze inventory data and prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and other relevant metrics.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to forecast inventory needs and optimize inventory levels.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Associate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Experience in store management, accounting, or related fields.
  • Hospitality experience advantageous, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reporting, and inventory records.
