Job summary
A leading property and investment company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Purchasing Executive / Quantity Surveyor to source and manage vendors, ensuring the timely delivery of quality materials while coordinating with various departments. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, be fluent in English, Malay, and Chinese, and possess strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying. The role demands excellent multitasking abilities and a minimum of 2 years' experience.
Qualifications
- Need to be literate in English, Malay, Chinese.
- At least 2 years working experience in related position.
- Strong understanding of Quantity Surveying.
Responsibilities
- Source, manage and negotiate with vendors for materials.
- Prepare purchase orders and expedite deliveries.
- Ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
