• Speak fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Experience in using SAP ERP and SAP Ariba will be added advantage.
• Working experience in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software application.
• Able to work under tight deadlines or pressure.
• Able to lead, manage & supervise a team of staff and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Manager in the day to day delivery operations of the warehouse.
• Planning and executing transportation operations.
• Ensure timely delivery of the right quality and quantity of items.
• Maintain proper inventory records and ensure all deliveries are captured.
• Examine and ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure the warehouse personnel receive, unload and place items appropriately.
• Manage assets like facilities, vehicles, and equipment.
• Guide subordinates in carrying out daily routine tasks.
• Comply with Quality Management System (QMS) & OSHA requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.

Job responsibilities

To assist the Assistant Manager in the day to day delivery operations of the warehouse

• Responsible for planning and executing transportation operations
• Ensure timely delivery of the right quality and quantity of items to support stakeholder resorts wide and resolve any issues that may arise
• Maintain proper inventory records, ensure all deliveries to outlets have been captured in system
• Examine and ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments
• To ensure the warehouse personnel receive, unload and place incoming / outgoing items appropriately
• Managing assets such as facilities, vehicle and equipment, including planning for repairs and maintenance.
• To provide guidance to subordinate for carrying out daily routine tasks correctly
• To perform other duties as and when required for the department
• To comply, conform and improve on Quality Management System (QMS) & also OSHA requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
