Job Description
  • Handle pre and post-contract management scope of work.
  • Prepare the costing for feasibility study, budget review, recommendation of tender award, variation works and final accounts for approval.
  • Monitor project cost and report the financial statement of projects involved.
  • Monitor and timely process of both consultants and contractors’ progress payment with accuracy.
  • Check and evaluate variation orders/recommendation and final accounts for approval.
  • Compile and check Sales & Purchase drawings, specifications and brochure for new and on‑going projects.
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers or related other parties involved in the projects.
  • Carry out inter‑departmental coordination activities throughout the project.
Job Requirements
  • Experienced in contract management, negotiation and understanding of contractual terms.
  • Proficiency in maintaining and managing contract records and documentation.
  • Attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.Capable to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field is advantageous.
  • Previous OR current experience in the property development industry is a plus.
