Job description

Established in 2003, Digital Hub seeks to add value by transforming IT support functions to bring higher returns to Sunway Group’s businesses. As a centre of excellence, Digital Hub provides world-class support services to most IT projects within the Sunway Group, and delivers value through the standardisation, consolidation and optimisation of IT resources within the Group.

Responsible in managing and maintaining our BUs critical infrastructure systems and ensuring their operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, provide technical expertise and contribute to the continuous improvement of our managed services offerings.

Job Responsibilities

Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, networks, storage, and databases. Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user/group management, OU design, replication, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).

Plan and execute OS, firmware, and application patches/upgrades with proper change controls and rollback strategies.

Ensure compliance with IT security and audit requirements during upgrades. Support internal/external audits, ensuring timely submission of evidence and remediation of findings.

Operate and support cloud-based Windows workloads and services for data centers and remote sites.

Optimize cost, performance, scalability, and resilience of cloud and hybrid workloads.

Perform root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive actions.

Escalate to L3 teams or vendors as required, keeping stakeholders updated.

Enforce IT security policies and best practices for system hardening, access control, and identity management.

Support identity federation and single sign-on for cloud integrations.

Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science or information systems, or equivalent work experience
