Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and implementation of Real Estate Project Operation Strategy and plan, to ensure that the project is carried out smoothly in accordance with the plan.
• Responsible for coordinating all functional departments and related units, including design, construction, supervision, etc., to ensure that the project is completed in accordance with the plan.
• Responsible for monitoring the progress of the project, timely detection of problems, and making adjustments to ensure the achievement of project objectives.
• Be responsible for the development and implementation of a resource management plan to ensure the effective use of project resources.
• Be responsible for developing and implementing a risk management plan to ensure the safety and stability of the project.
• Be responsible for developing and implementing a quality management plan to ensure the quality of the project in line with relevant standards and customer requirements.
• Be responsible for developing and implementing cost management plans to ensure that project costs are within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in real estate management, engineering management, or other related professional priorities.
• At least 10 years of experience in real estate project operation and management, with familiarity with the real estate project development process and related policies and regulations.
• Good organization and coordination ability and strong team spirit.
• Strong ability in risk management, cost management, and schedule management.
