Job Description
Lead the strategic sales and marketing initiatives for Saudi Arabian real estate assets, targeting investors across the ASEAN region (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, China, and Thailand). The role serves as the commercial bridge between Saudi Arabia and Southeast Asia, building international distribution channels, organizing cross‑border property exhibitions, and articulating the value proposition of Saudi Vision 2030 to overseas investors.
- Strategic Leadership: Provide holistic leadership for the Sales and Marketing division, aligning regional strategies with corporate objectives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand positioning across ASEAN markets.
- Market Penetration Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive sales roadmap to introduce Saudi residential and commercial properties to the ASEAN market, prioritising high‑potential feeder markets (China, Indonesia, Thailand).
- Channel Partner Ecosystem: Build, manage, and motivate a robust network of international real estate agencies and distribution partners.
- Investor Acquisition: Actively source and cultivate relationships with individual and institutional investors diversifying into the Middle East.
- Market Intelligence: Deliver data‑driven product strategy insights, including deep‑dive analysis of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor pricing to guide project positioning and pricing strategies.
- Campaign Execution: Lead end‑to‑end planning of integrated marketing campaigns, international property roadshows, investment seminars, and private preview events in key ASEAN capital cities.
- Digital & Brand Consistency: Oversee digital marketing campaigns targeting ASEAN buyers, ensuring culturally adapted materials in relevant languages (Mandarin, English, Thai) while maintaining strong ROI.
- Developer Relations: Maintain liaison with Saudi‑based developers to ensure the sales team has up‑to‑date inventory, pricing strategies, and promotional packages.
- Site Coordination: Travel frequently to Saudi Arabia to visit project sites, gather marketing content, and facilitate site visits for prospective VIP investors from ASEAN.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all cross‑border sales activities comply with Saudi regulations and the legal frameworks of target ASEAN countries.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly sales performance reports, pipeline analysis, and market intelligence updates for Senior Management review.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or Real Estate Management.
- Experience: 8–12 years of progressive experience in real estate sales and marketing, with a proven track record in international project marketing.
- Knowledge: Experience in the Middle East property market or selling to ASEAN investors is a distinct advantage.
- Skills & Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese, or Arabic is an added advantage.
