As a licensed Network Facilities Provider, OCK delivers full turnkey telecommunication services, including planning, design, deployment, operations, and maintenance of telecommunication networks. Beyond services, OCK engages in telecom equipment trading, tower construction, and leasing while driving growth in solar farms and renewable energy. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with high-priority buildings and market segments (offices, malls, hotels, hospitals, public venues) and implement targeted acquisition plans.

Drive sales growth for IBS across commercial, residential industrial, and mixed-use developments.

Develop and execute the In-Building Solutions commercial strategy while building a strong sales pipeline to drive revenue, market penetration, and profitability.

Lead sales engagements, pitch solutions, and secure IBS deployments through negotiation with building owners, developers, REITs, property managers, and MNOs.

Building and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and act as trusted advisor to clients by understanding their connectivity, coverage, and digital infrastructure needs.

Work closely with technical, engineering, and project teams to develop customised IBS proposals and solutions.

Leverage market intelligence and industry trends to drive strategic planning, business growth, and commercial initiatives.

Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and results-driven execution.

Define and monitor KPIs for sales performance, deal closure, market coverage, and client satisfaction.

Ensure commercial objectives comply with internal governance, processes, legal requirements, and OCK policies.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT industry, telecommunications, technology solutions, or real estate.

Minimum 5 years in a senior sales role, with experience in IBS, DAS, small cells, or similar technology portfolios highly desirable. Candidates may apply even if their current understanding of IBS (In‑Building Solutions) is limited. However, the role requires the ability to quickly develop a strong working knowledge of IBS concepts, standards, and deployment practices within a short timeframe.

Candidates with a strong background in property leasing or commercial real estate are strongly encouraged to apply, even without prior telecommunications experience.

Proven track record in solution-based selling and closing high-value enterprise or project-based deals.

Experience selling into real estate, property development, facilities management, or large enterprises is highly preferred.

Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, business insight and results-oriented mindset.

Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and communication skills.

Strategic thinking with ability to align business objectives with operational execution.

Strong relationship with extensive industry contacts.

Leadership and team development experience in multi-disciplinary or matrix environments.

Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, influencing, and analytical skills to evaluate commercial opportunities and risk.
