Job summary
A leading construction firm in Malaysia is seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage various contracts and sub-contract works. The role involves preparing tender documents, evaluating quotations, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. Candidates should have a Higher Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Construction and 2-4 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- At least 2-4 years of experience in pre- and post-contract administration.
- Familiar with ISO 9001 certification and related standards.
- Knowledge of current labour and material rates.
Responsibilities
- Overall administration of contracts and sub-contract works.
- Preparation of tender documents and sub-contract agreements.
- Evaluate quotations and make recommendations.
