A construction management firm in Subang Jaya seeks a Quantity Surveyor with at least 5 years of experience in contract management. Responsibilities include handling overall contractual matters, tendering, and preparation of documents. Candidates must have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. At least 5 year(s) above of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Can speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Assertive, analytical, systematic and a team player.
Familiar in per/post contract administration and contractual method.
Able to commence work immediately & possess own vehicle would be an added advantage.

Handling overall pre & post contractual matters.
Responsible for overall tendering, measurement verification and contracts administration.
To determine and forecast budget for overall project and construction.
Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, with the architect and the client in accordance to the building and construction regulations.
To prepare necessary documents, liaise and follow up with consultants for submission and approval status and to ensure the consultants meet the deadline given.
Able to handle tender from A to Z including identifying suitable sub-contractors to submit quotation and attend tender interview if necessary.
Able to check, prepare and submit progress claim accurately and timely.
Handle variation order and cost analysis for VO works.
To prepare, verify and control material order.
To assist in site coordination and site overall delivery.
To implement costing control policy / SOP activities.
To perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
