A leading recruitment agency is looking for a project administration professional in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves managing project documentation, assisting with cost control, and coordinating with teams for smooth implementation. Candidates should hold a relevant diploma or degree and have at least 3 years of experience in construction or project administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and knowledge of construction contracts is a plus.
Prepare, maintain, and manage all project documentation including contracts, quotations, variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts.
Assist in project cost control, budget tracking, and verification of subcontractor and supplier claims.
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and main-con to ensure smooth project implementation and timely information flow.
Monitor project progress, update management on status, and highlight potential risks or issues.
Support site operations through occasional site visits for verification, measurements, and coordination as required.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company procedures, and project requirements.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in project administration, QS, or construction-related roles (fresh graduates with strong aptitude may be considered).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and basic documentation systems; knowledge of construction contracts and costing will be an added advantage.
