Qualifications

  • Responsible, self-motivated, and independent.
  • Strong attention to details and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in building/construction.

Responsibilities

  • Involving in Pre-Contract Tender Submission including measurements & cost analysis.
  • Involving in Post-Contract administration, including cost analysis & budget controlling.
  • Assisting Senior in all aspects of Pre/Post Contract Administration.
  • Perform other tasks outlined by Management.

Job Description

  • Assisting Senior in all aspect of Pre/Post Contract Administration.
  • To perform any other tasks outlined by Management.

  • Accurate in measurement / taking off.
  • Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in building / construction or any other relevant fields. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
