  • At least 1 year experience and above as Quantity Surveyor in road construction projects.

Responsibility
  • Able to calculate cost of projects tendering, preparation of tender submission & BoQ, cost estimation, procurement support and follow up of project.

  • Taking off quantity.

  • Able to prepare project final account & analysis, variation order works, interim progress claim.

  • Project organizing, costing control by monitoring the site work & progress.

  • Prepare letter of award to sub-contractors and verify their claims of the project.
  • Processing progress claim and variations to ensure on time submission.

  • To undertake other related jobs from time to time as directed by Contract/Project Manager.

  • Track payment status to ensure the payment is made by Finance Dept within the contractual payment period.

  • Liaise and communicating with all project stakeholders (consultants, contractors, equipment suppliers, management, public etc.) to ensure all contract administration matters are attended promptly and kept up to date.
