This position emphasizes project management and risk management, particularly in a global operational environment with varied working hours.
CACEIS Malaysia is a processing center of operational excellence supporting the European countries across various geographical time zones. Malaysia is one of the operational processing hubs that supports Custody - Transaction Management; Settlements; NAV Production; Fund Reporting; Shareholder Services; Global Fund Platform Services; Data Service Delivery; Entitlements – income and corporate actions and Reconciliations. The country employs a Global Operating Model to maximize efficiencies across times zones and supports a 24/5 operational capability. The objectives for Malaysia are to enhance the scalability of our global operations, improve service quality via our ‘centers of excellence’ and to implement/leverage standard processes globally. Reporting to the Director, individual will be responsible in managing the instruction related to IMS process in line with the agreed SLA. Individual to constantly seek opportunity to increase production accuracy for operations in Kuala Lumpur serving the hubs of different geographies-based client. The role will support this region with working hours between 9.00AM up to 1:00AM CET depending on shift coverage.
