Job description

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the execution of Global Sourcing Operations with the standards work, metrics management, continuous improvements, and talent management.

Deliver site material escalations support that result in internal and external customer satisfaction, improved supplier performance, while supporting Sourcing Operations team members.

Direct and oversee RFQ preparation and execution to support cost reductions while ensuring the delivery of Global Commodity Management strategies, i.e., lead‑time, cost, quality, inventory mitigation, and supplier strategy.

Direct and oversee cost improvements measured through the quote processes and agreements oversight.

Champion, measure and improve Sourcing Operations KPIs. Ensure clean data management to safeguard the operational metrics, management and drive improvement as required.

Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.
