Job description

We are seeking a skilled QC Technician to join our team at INDAH PAPER INDUSTRIES SDN BHD in Klang, Selangor. As a QC Technician, you will be responsible to ensures that products and processes meet established quality standards before they reach customers. This is a full‑time position with opportunities for career growth and development within our dynamic organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor & conduct daily in‑line QC testing/inspection
• Ensure production personnel’s adherence to a code of hygiene and GMP during product handling
• Check & ensure the quality of raw material, in‑process product & finished goods are in accordance with the QA / QC procedures
• Ensure all inspection data are updated and inspection check sheets are filled up, verified and filed accordingly
• Keep track on changes of product sample and collecting of limit samples
• Control line rejection and find ways to improve product quality
• Prepare appropriate reports related to the quality in a timely manner
• Assist in premise and equipment hygiene and cleanliness inspection
• Assist in monitoring pest control inspection
• Other assignments given by QA Manager

Job Requirements

• At least SPM/Diploma holder or with minimum 2 years of experience
• Ability to communicate and write in Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications)
• Self‑motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Responsible and able to work independently
