The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in accounting, be proficient in accounting software, and have a strong background in property investment or development. Responsibilities include performing financial transactions, liaising with auditors, and preparing tax schedules. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Computer literate and proficient in accounting software.
  • Preferable experience in Property Investment, Development, or related industries.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a full set of accounts and financial statements.
  • Perform Accounts Receivable and Payable transactions.
  • Assist in day-to-day accounting functions.
  • Liaise with auditors and tax agents.
  • Prepare audits and tax schedules.
