A leading airline is seeking a Senior Manager in Scheduling to lead the development and management of flight schedules. This role involves ensuring operational robustness and profitability while complying with regulations. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in airline scheduling and management. Responsibilities include mentoring the Scheduling team, optimizing schedules, and collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
As a Senior Manager, you will lead and oversee the development, management, and continual improvement of the flight schedules across multiple airlines within the Group. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, operationally robust, and commercially optimal schedules that maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with all operational constraints and regulatory requirements.
You will drive the performance of the Scheduling team, ensuring schedules are strategically aligned with network plans, operational capabilities, and commercial objectives. This role also encompasses the accurate and timely publication of schedules across all platforms, including reservation systems and customer-facing channels, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service delivery.
