Job summary

A property development company is looking for a Credit Control Executive based in Penang to manage billing processes and collect payments from end financiers and purchasers. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of SPM/STPM/Diploma and 1-2 years of credit control experience, especially in the Property Development industry. Excellent Microsoft Office skills and strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia are required. This position may also suit fresh graduates for a junior role.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years working experience in credit control in Property Development.
  • Experience in Sub-Sale is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior positions.

Responsibilities

  • Process progress billings and follow-up collection with End Financiers.
  • Follow-up on loan documentation with lawyers and bankers.
  • Handle sub-sales, refinance, and public auction cases.
  • Prepare monthly status and collection reports.
  • Attend to purchasers' enquiries.
  • Complete any ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements
