Job description

Plan, organize and execute daily sales activities.

Follow up on leads and close sales professionally and efficiently.

To execute all sales, marketing & promotional strategies to achieve the sales target.

To follow up and liaise with purchasers, lawyers and bankers and checking of all related documents in order to ensure the flow of various inter-related process are smooth.

To check and prepare all media, advertisement, distribution leaflets and marketing tools prior to launching.

Participate in roadshows, property expos, marketing events, and other promotional activities.

To brainstorm new & creative growth strategies with the team to develop an effective digital marketing.

To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

Leasing/ Commercial experience will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent

Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.

Those with 1-2 years experience (preferably in real estate or property) would be an added advantage.

Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Self motivated, pleasant personalities, outgoing and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
