- Lead and scale the tech team, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Implement and enforce structured development processes, including thorough documentation and streamlined workflows, to enhance efficiency and clarity within the tech department.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of web applications using Vue.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Manage server administration and DevOps, with a focus on optimizing for scalability and reliability.
- Develop and implement strategic technology plans that align with business goals.
- Guide the team in managing and integrating cloud platforms like AWS, ensuring efficient migration and infrastructure management.
- Oversee the integration of IoT in agricultural technology and automation, including device connectivity, system architecture, data collection, and hardware-software interfacing.
- Lead initiatives in AI/ML and computer vision, especially for agriculture and plant health monitoring, while staying abreast of emerging technologies.
- Develop and implement AI/ML models for predictive analytics, image processing, and data-driven decision-making in an agricultural context.
