Manage and maintain relationships with local and foreign banks and financial institutions.

Source, negotiate, and manage project and corporate financing (e.g., term loans, bridging loans, revolving credit).

Structure and execute corporate loans and banking facilities in collaboration with Group Treasury.

Liaise with external parties (lawyers, tax agents, investment banks, regulators) for proposal analysis and structuring.

Evaluate and recommend banking products or structures to support company growth and real estate developments.

Ensure timely debt servicing and compliance with covenants under financing agreements (e.g., external debt, bonds).

Coordinate with Group Finance teams for financing cash flow projections and funding proposal evaluations.

Collaborate closely with divisions under Group Finance, Investor Relations, and finance teams across S P Setia’s business units.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, banking, or treasury functions.
  • Experience in managing banking relationships and structuring financing deals.
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with loan documentation, covenant compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
