Apex Pharmacy Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking experienced Product Managers in their Consumer Healthcare Divisions, to join our dynamic team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and successful delivery of our innovative pharmaceutical products.

Designs, establishes, and maintains the division’s organizational structure and staffing to achieve its goals and objectives.

Directs and supervises assigned personnel, including work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and recommendations for personnel actions.

Defines sales personnel’s area of coverage.

Ensures division output meets objectives, specifications, and standards, while complying with all operating policies and procedures.

Recommends and contributes to the development of company policies and procedures for efficient and safe division operations.

Identifies, evaluates, and recommends marketing strategies aligned with the company’s product objectives.

Participates in product design and development based on market needs.

Coordinates the creation of marketing materials, including brochures and point-of-sale displays.

Identifies new sales prospects and supports contract negotiations for major distribution deals.

Builds and maintains strong, positive business relationships with existing and potential clients and principals.

Stays updated on market and industry trends, product consumption, and strategies to optimize opportunities; coordinates the development of the company’s long-term and annual business plans.

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy and/or Master’s in Business Administration, or equivalent.

Degree in a relevant field; postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.

4–6 years’ product management experience, ideally in pharma/healthcare.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and market insight skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proven track record in product launches, from concept to market.

Familiar with agile methods and product management tools.
