Senior Creative Designer responsible for creating compelling visuals for campaigns, stores, and digital platforms. Experience in photography and in-store visual merchandising is required, while experience in video production will be an advantage in bringing our brand story to life with creativity and precision.

Job Description

Design and execute visuals according to creative briefs.

Propose POSM design concepts aligned with business direction and marketing campaign themes.

Review and suggest in-store visual merchandising ideas to enhance the customer experience.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create visuals, product photos, video for social media and website use.

Demonstrate strong knowledge in design, including typography, layout, color combinations, and art direction.

Work closely with marketing and stakeholders throughout the full creative cycle- from ideation and conceptualization to strategy, execution, and final output.

Keep up with design and creative trends to bring fresh ideas into campaigns.

Interpret art direction and translate briefs into impactful visuals.

Possess experience in graphic design, motion graphics, photography, and video production.

Support content production and other ad-hoc marketing tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement

4–6 years of experience in a multimedia, creative, or advertising environment.

Strong knowledge of branding, visual storytelling, and conceptual development for advertising.

Able to work independently under tight deadlines and adapt well in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent time and task management skills.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality creative work.

Proven track record of managing multiple creative assignments simultaneously.

Stay updated on current design trends and technologies to implement innovative solutions.

Strong team player with effective communication and team-building skills.

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or equivalent creative discipline.

Proficient in design software and tools (Adobe Creative Suite: AI, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Capcut etc.) and Mac OS.

Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.

Able to manage multiple projects and work well under deadlines while maintaining design quality.

With transport and willing to travel to outstation shops when required.
